4 DAYS UGANDA GORILLA SAFARI - 3 Days

On arrival, you will be met by our company representative and your driver/guide at Entebbe Airport and transfer to your lodge in Kampala or Entebbe to unwind, dinner and overnight Stay.

This safari starts with you being picked up from your hotel in Kampala or at the airport on arrival and get transferred to Bwindi impenetrable national park which is approximately 541km from Kampala by road. Alternatively, you can use air transport. There you can fly from kajjansi airfield or Entebbe and land off from Kihihi or Kisoro airstrip or Kayonza airstrip in case of charter planes. Dinner and overnight at hotel of your choice for all categories of budget, midrange, luxury and super luxury.

You will enjoy your early morning breakfast and transfer to the park headquarters with your packed lunch where you will meet the ranger guides for briefing and later head into the forest for your trek. Gorilla trekking takes 2 to 8 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas. Gorillas are wild animals and therefore move freely in the park which makes it difficult to trace for a particular however some techniques are used to trace which you will learn about during trekking. When found, you will view them for an hour, take photos and have lunch if have not taken it yet and later on transfer back to your lodge for the overnight and dinner. While at the lodge, you may spent the rest of the day doing community walk, nature walk or go for Batwa experience if time allows.

You will enjoy breakfast and transfer back to Kampala with a stopover in Mbarara town for lunch and at the Equator for photography and water experience to prove that you are at both atmospheres. Thereafter, proceed to Kampala arriving in the afternoon. Drop off at your hotel in Kampala, or Entebbe airport for your onward flight marking the end of your 3 Days gorilla safari.
