Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival at Entebbe

After landing safely, you are picked up by our tour driver guide who will then transfer you to the booked hotel in Entebbe/Camp Entebbe/ Central Inn.
Then after relaxing visit the zoo (Uganda Wildlife Education Center).


The zoo introduces you to a sample of Uganda’s wildlife including zebras, lions, elephants, hippopotamus, chimps, and birds among others.

Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight

Day 2
Travel to Jinja the source of Nile

After breakfast set off the drive to jinja the source of the Nile through Jinja road.

On your way, you will travel through green sugar cane plantations and Mabira forest to get to jinja town as the beautifully styled bridge welcomes you to Busoga kingdom.

Reaching there visit Kyabazinga palace/ home to the king of Busoga have Busoga sight viewing and head on to check in at the booked lodge in the evening.

Day 3
Explore the source of Nile

After morning breakfast go for a boat trip which will take you to the source of the world’s Longest river Nile admiring the water birds of the Nile river.

Thereafter visit the reptiles village to see the big cobras, pythons, and the oldest crocodile on the Nile.

Return back to our booked hotel for lunch.

Later in the afternoon drive to visit the Buragara falls and other falls on the Nile.

Then return back to the booked hotel/Lodge.

Day 4
Transfer to Lake Mburo national park.

After early morning breakfast depart for Jinja at 8 am by road to connect to Kampala for lunch.

Continue to Lake Mburo national park for a 5hr drive arriving by 5 pm checking in at a booked lodge/ Camp and relaxing.

As one can do landscape viewing around the lodge or camp.

Day 5
Game drive and boat trip

Early morning go for a game drive through the park in search of acacia-related birds and animals as they return to their hideouts.

You will get to see zebras and the long-horned domestic cattle grazing alongside peaceably return back to your hotel for lunch., Gather your strength after lunch for the afternoon boat trip on Lake Mburo itself in search of water games such as Hippos, crocodiles, birds, and sitatunga antelopes inhabiting in papyruses surrounding the Lake.

Thereafter Transfer to Kichwamba orphanage foundation check in at the booked lodge for Dinner and overnight

Day 6
Game drives to Queen Elizabeth national park

Have very early morning breakfast,  and are set on our way to queen Elizabeth national park.

Have a game viewing of Queen Elizabeth national park in Kassenyi plains.

Where you are rewarded with hot eye-catching wildlife with herds of Elephants, Buffaloes, Leopards, Hyenas waterbucks, and a variety of Antelope species. Check in at Kasenyi lake retreat lodge/Mweya Safari lodge or booked a hotel for lunch.

After lunch, head on for a fantastic unique 3-hour boat ride on Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward.

Come so closer to the highest concentration of Hippos, buffaloes elephants crocodiles, and other animals seen at the water’s edge drinking water.

Enjoy bird watching of resident bird species like flamingos, red chest, Papyrus Gonolek, pink-backed pelicans, malachite kingfishers, yellow crown, water thick-knee, yellow-billed stork, and shoebill stock.

Return to your booked lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 7
Hiking Twin craters lakes to hike kichwamba escarpment

We will start the day with early breakfast and head on to hike the twin lakes, across the Kichwamba escarpment to visit the fire-resistant African-shaped forest in an octagon swamp across the Madagascar-shaped forest in the same swamp, here makes the end of our day as we return to Kichwamba orphanage for lunch.

You will be driven to your lodge to have a rest and later return back for the cultural entertainment presented by Kichwamba orphans at the orphanage.

Day 8
Chimp trekking in Kyambura Gorge; Queen Elizabeth National Park

This morning take your breakfast then head straight to our closest relatives chimpanzees for trekking in Kyambura Gorge at exactly 8:00 am.
There are more diverse primates mainly Black and white Colobus monkeys and other animals like antelopes, and hyenas in the middle of savanna grassland.

This gorge has many bird species. then get back to the Lodge for lunch and head for an afternoon game drive for the eye-catching

Climbing Lions of the Ishasha sector_ and other wildlife you could have missed before like black and white colobus, bushbuck, Uganda Kob, topi, Defassa waterbuck, and Cape buffaloes.

A collection of birds like Cassin’s grey flycatcher, broad-billed roller, and black bee-eater can also be watched out through the drive.

Day 9
Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Have an early breakfast then head onto Bwindi as we enjoy the fresh air vibes of Savannah vegetation through the vast green grassland.
Welcome to Bwindi where gorillas are the center of attraction, a distinct feature of Uganda’s tourism.

Bwindi impenetrable national park and  Mgahinga National Park alongside Rwanda’s Volcanoes Park and Congo’s Virunga Volcanoes are habitats for the only endangered mountain gorillas left in the whole world.,

Reaching Bwindi  Check in to the booked lodge and head on for a community visit. Return back for dinner and overnight at a booked lodge

Day 10
Gorilla Trekking Tour: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

After early morning breakfast, pack your drinking water and packed, head on to Gorilla trekking headquarters for a general briefing.

You will be told what to do and what not to do while in the forest when tracking Gorillas.

You will be guided by the Gorilla ranger guided in the forest as you enjoy the gorilla’s experience and ever-green natural moisturized forest environment you Will be given an hour of relaxing with Habituated gorillas and taking photos.

Thereafter the activity gets back to the starting point, receive your Gorilla tracking certificate.

Then return back to your hotel/lodge relax, and feel the evening breath of Bwindi while enjoying bird watching of the forest birds.

Day 11
Transfer to Mgahinga national park

Uganda’s smallest national park Mgahinga  where Gold meets silver

After an early morning breakfast sent off to head to Mgahinga national part through the ever-green tropical rain forest of Bwindi via Ruhijja Bwindi sector.

On the way, you will be able to encounter other primates like black-and-white Columbus monkeys and baboons, and if lucky you will find other Gorilla families in the forest along the way.

We shall have a stopover in Kabale town for lunch at a booked hotel as we proceed to Mgahinga national park., reaching Mgahinga

check-in at the booked lodge, Dinner, and overnight.

Day 12
Golden monkey Tracking.

In the downslope of mt sabinyo and muhabura Mgahinga national park.

You will be briefed about the Golden monkeys of Mgahinga and later Guided through the park forest to track the monkeys with the ranger guides.,

If lucky you may encounter the forest elephants while tracking the monkeys. After the activity, we return back to the booked hotel for lunch.,

Check out and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi in the afternoon. Check-in at the booked lodge Dinner and overnight

Day 13
Relaxation day

This is a relaxation day while visiting the Bunyonyi islands on a boat ride.

The day will start with breakfast and later go for a boat ride on lake Bunyonyi to visit the punishment island.

Where in ATS African Traditional society used to punish wrongdoers and girls that could get pregnant before marriage.

Meet one of the oldest grand women who survived that island, and interact with her.

On the boat cruise, you will discover why the lake was named Bunyonyi.

Very many small birds will be seen not forgetting ibis adada, the grey-headed crested crane.

From that boat, get back to the booked hotel for lunch,

Check out and Transfer to Mbarara city for the overnight reach mbarara Check in at a booked hotel.

Day 14
Transfer to Kampala or Entebbe.

You will depart Mbarara to Kampala or Entebbe through the evergreen changing vegetation alongside climate on thrilling road valleys and hills giving you a bye-bye and sending their regards to your countrymen and women.

Have a stop over at the equator line for photos and have a cup of coffee accompanied with lunch as we proceed on to Entebbe airport for your flight.
